The 3M™ Trisect™ cloth belt 237AA measures 3" x 24" and features A16 grit aluminum oxide abrasive. It utilizes proprietary micro replication technology in which micron-graded aluminum oxide particles are formed into tiny pyramids of abrasive mineral coated on an X weight cloth backing. As these pyramids wear down, fresh, sharp mineral is continually exposed, enabling a consistent cut and a predictable, fine finish. This cloth belt is ideal for applications such as blending, finishing, and polishing across industries including builders hardware, medical instruments, metal fabrication, metal implants, plating and polishing, plumbing fixtures, and turbine engines.
