The 3M™ Trisect™ cloth belt 237AA measures 3 inches by 18-27/32 inches and features A45 grit aluminum oxide abrasive. It utilizes proprietary micro replication technology, where micron-graded aluminum oxide particles are formed into tiny pyramids of abrasive mineral coated on an X weight cloth backing. As these pyramids wear, fresh, sharp mineral is continually exposed, producing a consistent cut and predictable, fine finish. This belt is suitable for applications including blending, finishing, and polishing across industries such as builders hardware, medical instruments, metal fabrication, metal implants, plating and polishing, plumbing fixtures, and turbine engines.
