The 3M™ TriSect™ cloth belt 237AA measures 3-1/2" x 15-1/2" and features A65 grit aluminum oxide abrasive. It utilizes proprietary micro replication technology that forms micron-graded aluminum oxide particles into tiny pyramids of abrasive mineral, which are coated on an X weight cloth backing. As the abrasive pyramids wear down, fresh sharp mineral is continually exposed, ensuring a consistent cut and predictable fine finish. This cloth belt is designed for applications such as blending, finishing, and polishing, and is used across industries including builders hardware, medical instruments, metal fabrication, metal implants, plating and polishing, plumbing fixtures, and turbine engines.
