The 3M™ Trisect™ cloth belt 307EA measures 2 inches by 132 inches and features A45 grit aluminum oxide abrasive. It utilizes proprietary micro replication technology, where micron-graded aluminum oxide particles are shaped into tiny abrasive pyramids and coated onto a rayon backing. This design ensures that as the abrasive pyramids wear down, fresh, sharp mineral is continually exposed, providing a consistent cut and a predictable, fine finish. The belt is suitable for applications such as blending, finishing, and polishing, and serves industries including builders hardware, medical instruments, metal fabrication, metal implants, plating and polishing, plumbing fixtures, and turbine engines.
