The 3M™ Trisect™ cloth belt 237AA 1" x 30" A30 grit aluminum oxide features proprietary micro replication technology, where micron-graded aluminum oxide particles are shaped into tiny pyramids of abrasive mineral and coated on an X weight cloth backing. As these pyramids wear, fresh, sharp mineral is continually exposed to ensure a consistent cut and a predictable, fine finish. The belt is designed for applications including blending, centerless and cylindrical grinding, finishing, flat finishing, refining, and stroke sanding. It is suitable for industries such as plating and polishing, plumbing fixtures, turbine engines, builders hardware, medical instruments, metal fabrication, and metal implants.
