The 3M™ Trisect™ cloth belt 307EA measures 2-1/4" x 148" and features A30 grit aluminum oxide abrasive. It utilizes proprietary micro replication technology in which micron-graded aluminum oxide particles are shaped into tiny pyramids and coated on a rayon backing. This design ensures that as the abrasive pyramids wear, fresh, sharp mineral is continually exposed, resulting in a consistent cut and a predictable, fine finish. The belt is suitable for applications such as blending, finishing, and polishing. It is used in various industries including builders hardware, medical instruments, metal fabrication, metal implants, plating and polishing, plumbing fixtures, and turbine engines.
