The 3M™ Trisect™ cloth belt 237AA measures 3-1/2" x 15-1/2" and features A80 grit aluminum oxide abrasive mineral formed into micron-graded pyramids using proprietary micro replication technology, which are coated on an X weight cloth backing. This design ensures that as the pyramids wear, fresh and sharp abrasive is continually exposed, resulting in a consistent cut and predictable fine finish. The belt is suitable for applications such as blending, finishing, and polishing and is used in various industries including builders hardware, medical instruments, metal fabrication, metal implants, plating and polishing, plumbing fixtures, and turbine engines.
