The 3M™ TriseCT™ cloth belt 237AA measures 4" x 106" and features A100 grit aluminum oxide abrasive. It uses proprietary micro replication technology, where micron-graded aluminum oxide particles are formed into tiny pyramids of abrasive mineral and coated on an X weight cloth backing. As these pyramids wear, fresh, sharp mineral is continually exposed, ensuring a consistent cut and a predictable, fine finish. This cloth belt is suitable for applications including blending, centerless and cylindrical grinding, finishing, flat finishing, refining, and stroke sanding. It is used across industries such as builders hardware, medical instruments, metal fabrication, metal implants, plating and polishing, plumbing fixtures, and turbine engines.
