The 3M™ Trisect™ Cloth Belt 237AA measures 4" x 106" and features A30 grit aluminum oxide abrasive. It uses proprietary micro replication technology in which micron-graded aluminum oxide particles are formed into tiny pyramids and coated on an X weight cloth backing. As these pyramids wear down, fresh, sharp mineral is continually exposed, providing a consistent cut and a predictable, fine finish. The belt is designed for applications such as blending, centerless and cylindrical grinding, finishing, flat finishing, refining, and stroke sanding. It is suitable for industries including builders hardware, medical instruments, metal fabrication, metal implants, plating and polishing, plumbing fixtures, and turbine engines.
