The 3M™ Trisect™ cloth belt 237AA measures 4 inches by 354 inches and features A100 grit aluminum oxide abrasive. It utilizes proprietary micro replication technology where micron-graded aluminum oxide particles are shaped into tiny pyramids and coated on an X weight cloth backing. As these abrasive pyramids wear down, fresh, sharp mineral is continually exposed, ensuring a consistent cut and a predictable, fine finish. This belt is designed for applications including blending, centerless and cylindrical grinding, finishing, flat finishing, refining, and stroke sanding. It serves industries such as builders hardware, medical instruments, metal fabrication, metal implants, plating and polishing, plumbing fixtures, and turbine engines.
