The 3M™ TRISECT™ cloth belt 307EA measures 2" x 36" and features A16 grit aluminum oxide abrasive. It utilizes proprietary micro replication technology where micron-graded aluminum oxide particles are formed into tiny pyramids of abrasive mineral coated on a rayon backing. As these pyramids wear, fresh, sharp mineral is continually exposed, producing a consistent cut and predictable fine finish. The belt is designed for applications such as blending, finishing, and polishing. It is suitable for industries including builders hardware, medical instruments, metal fabrication, metal implants, plating and polishing, plumbing fixtures, and turbine engines.
