The 3M™ Trisect™ cloth belt 237AA measures 3/4" x 18" and features A160 grit aluminum oxide abrasive. It utilizes proprietary micro replication technology in which micron-graded aluminum oxide particles are shaped into tiny pyramids of abrasive mineral and coated on an X weight cloth backing. This design ensures that as the pyramids wear, fresh, sharp mineral is continually exposed, delivering a consistent cut and a predictable, fine finish. The belt is suitable for applications such as blending, finishing, and polishing. It serves a range of industries including builders hardware, medical instruments, metal fabrication, metal implants, plating and polishing, plumbing fixtures, and turbine engines.
