The 3M™ TriSect™ cloth belt 307EA measures 1" x 132" and features A16 grit aluminum oxide abrasive. It utilizes proprietary micro replication technology, where micron-graded aluminum oxide particles are formed into tiny pyramids on a rayon backing. As these abrasive pyramids wear down, fresh, sharp mineral is continuously exposed, ensuring a consistent cut and predictable, fine finish. The belt is suitable for applications including blending, finishing, and polishing. It is used across various industries such as builders hardware, medical instruments, metal fabrication, metal implants, plating and polishing, plumbing fixtures, and turbine engines.
