The 3M™ TRISECT™ cloth belt 237AA measures 8" x 107" and features A6 grit aluminum oxide abrasive. It utilizes proprietary micro replication technology, where micron-graded aluminum oxide particles are shaped into tiny pyramids and coated onto an x weight cloth backing. This design ensures that as the abrasive pyramids wear down, fresh, sharp mineral is continually exposed, delivering a consistent cut and predictable fine finish. The belt is suitable for applications including blending, centerless and cylindrical grinding, finishing, flat finishing, refining, and stroke sanding. It is used across industries such as builders hardware, medical instruments, metal fabrication, metal implants, plating and polishing, plumbing fixtures, and turbine engines. The belt comes with a warranty as specified by 3M.
