The 3M™ TriSect™ cloth belt 307EA measures 3 inches by 120 inches and features A30 grit aluminum oxide abrasive. It utilizes proprietary micro replication technology, forming micron-graded aluminum oxide particles into tiny pyramids of abrasive mineral coated on a rayon backing. This design allows fresh, sharp mineral to be continually exposed as the pyramids wear, producing a consistent cut and a predictable, fine finish. The belt is suitable for applications such as blending, finishing, and polishing across industries including builders hardware, medical instruments, metal fabrication, metal implants, plating and polishing, plumbing fixtures, and turbine engines.
