It utilizes proprietary micro replication technology, where micron-graded aluminum oxide particles are formed into tiny pyramids of abrasive mineral coated on a rayon backing. As these abrasive pyramids wear down, fresh, sharp mineral is continuously exposed, providing a consistent cut and a predictable fine finish. This cloth belt is designed for applications such as blending, finishing, and polishing. It is suitable for industries including builders hardware, medical instruments, metal fabrication, metal implants, plating and polishing, plumbing fixtures, and turbine engines.
