The 3M™ Trisect™ cloth belt 307EA measures 3 inches by 90 inches and features A65 grit aluminum oxide abrasive. It utilizes proprietary micro replication technology in which micron-graded aluminum oxide particles are formed into tiny pyramids of abrasive mineral coated on a rayon backing. This design ensures that as the abrasive pyramids wear down, fresh sharp mineral is continually exposed, resulting in a consistent cut and a predictable, fine finish. The belt is suitable for applications such as blending, finishing, and polishing across various industries including builders hardware, medical instruments, metal fabrication, metal implants, plating and polishing, plumbing fixtures, and turbine engines.
