The 3M™ Trisect™ cloth belt 237AA measures 4" x 132" and features A6 grit aluminum oxide abrasive formed through proprietary micro replication technology, where micron-graded particles are shaped into tiny pyramids coated on an X weight cloth backing. This construction allows the abrasive pyramids to wear evenly, continuously exposing fresh, sharp mineral for a consistent cut and predictable fine finish. The belt is suitable for applications such as blending, centerless and cylindrical grinding, finishing, flat finishing, refining, and stroke sanding. It is used in industries including builders hardware, medical instruments, metal fabrication, metal implants, plating and polishing, plumbing fixtures, and turbine engines.
