BSC Preferred's™ Series direct drive exhaust fans are designed for higher static pressure applications in factories, warehouses, and mills for efficient fume, smoke, or dust removal, offering reliable performance with minimal maintenance. The fans feature cast aluminum spark-resistant propellers, making them suitable for hazardous environments when equipped with an explosion-proof motor. They deliver more CFM per dollar compared to belt-driven fans and are lighter, facilitating easier installation. The design includes a heavy-duty spun venturi panel and a rugged all-welded motor support structure. The fans are available for exhaust or intake air applications and come with optional accessories that include a fan and shutter mounting box, front and rear OSHA-compliant guards, an all-aluminum gravity exhaust shutter, a motorized exhaust or intake shutter, and a weatherhood with birdscreen.
