BSC Preferred's™ Series Direct Drive Exhaust Fans are designed for higher static pressure applications in factories, warehouses, and mills, effectively removing fume, smoke, or dust. These fans feature cast aluminum spark-resistant propellers as standard and can be equipped with an explosion-proof motor for use in hazardous environments. They provide more CFM per dollar spent compared to belt-driven fans and require low maintenance due to their lighter weight, which also simplifies installation. The fans are constructed with a heavy-duty spun venturi panel and a rugged all-welded motor support structure. They can be utilized for both exhaust and intake air applications. Optional accessories include a fan and shutter mounting box, front and rear OSHA-compliant guards, all aluminum gravity exhaust shutter, motorized exhaust or intake shutter, and a weatherhood with birdscreen.
