BSC Preferred's™ Series Direct Drive Exhaust Fans are designed for higher static pressure applications in factories, warehouses, and mills, providing dependable performance for fume, smoke, or dust removal with minimal maintenance. The fans feature cast aluminum spark-resistant propellers as standard and are suitable for hazardous environments when equipped with an explosion-proof motor. They offer more CFM per dollar compared to belt-driven fans and are lighter in weight, which simplifies installation. The heavy-duty spun venturi panel includes a rugged all-welded motor support structure. These fans can be utilized for either exhaust or intake air applications. Optional accessories include a fan and shutter mounting box, front and rear OSHA-compliant guards, an all-aluminum gravity exhaust shutter, a motorized exhaust or intake shutter, and a weatherhood with birdscreen.
