BSC Preferred's™ Series Direct Drive Exhaust Fans are designed for higher static pressure applications in factories, warehouses, and mills, effectively removing fume, smoke, or dust with dependable performance and minimal maintenance. The fans feature cast aluminum spark-resistant propellers as standard and can be utilized in hazardous environments by adding an explosion-proof motor. They provide more CFM per dollar than belt-driven fans, are lighter in weight to facilitate installation, and include a heavy-duty spun venturi panel with a rugged all-welded motor support structure. The fans are suitable for both exhaust and intake air applications. Optional accessories include a fan and shutter mounting box, front and rear OSHA-compliant guards, an all-aluminum gravity exhaust shutter, a motorized exhaust or intake shutter, and a weather hood with bird screen.
