BSC Preferred's™ Series Direct Drive Exhaust Fans are designed for higher static pressure applications in factories, warehouses, and mills, effectively facilitating the removal of fume, smoke, or dust while providing dependable performance with minimal maintenance. The fans are equipped with cast aluminum spark-resistant propellers as standard and can be customized with optional specifications including a 230 / 460V, 3 phase, 2, 3, or 5 HP motor. They are suitable for use in hazardous environments when equipped with an explosion-proof motor, offering more CFM per dollar spent compared to belt-driven fans. Additional features include lightweight construction for easier installation, a heavy-duty spun venturi panel with a rugged, all-welded motor support structure, and versatility for both exhaust and intake air applications. The product comes with a 12-month manufacturer's limited warranty for both parts and labor. Optional accessories include a fan and shutter mounting box, front and rear OSHA compliant guards, an all-aluminum gravity exhaust shutter, a motorized exhaust or intake shutter, and a weatherhood with a bird screen.
