BSC Preferred's™ Series Direct Drive Exhaust Fans are designed for higher static pressure applications in factories, warehouses, and mills for effective fume, smoke, or dust removal, ensuring dependable performance with minimal maintenance. These fans feature a cast aluminum spark-resistant propeller standard, making them suitable for hazardous environments when equipped with an explosion-proof motor. They offer more CFM per dollar compared to belt-driven models and are lighter in weight, simplifying installation. The construction includes a heavy-duty spun venturi panel and a rugged all-welded motor support structure, suitable for both exhaust or intake air applications. Optional accessories include a fan and shutter mounting box, front and rear OSHA compliant guards, an all-aluminum gravity exhaust shutter, a motorized exhaust or intake shutter, and a weatherhood with a birdscreen.
