BSC Preferred's™ Series Direct Drive Exhaust Fans are designed for higher static pressure applications in factories, warehouses, and mills to effectively remove fume, smoke, or dust while ensuring dependable performance with minimal maintenance. The fans feature standard cast aluminum spark resistant propellers and are suitable for use in hazardous environments when equipped with an explosion proof motor. They provide more cubic feet per minute (CFM) per dollar compared to belt driven fans, are lighter in weight to facilitate installation, and come with a heavy-duty spun venturi panel along with a rugged all welded motor support structure. These fans can be utilized for both exhaust and intake air applications and offer optional accessories including a fan and shutter mounting box, front and rear OSHA compliant guards, an all aluminum gravity exhaust shutter, a motorized exhaust or intake shutter, and a weatherhood with birdscreen.
