BSC Preferred's™ Series Direct Drive Exhaust Fans are designed for higher static pressure applications in factories, warehouses, and mills, effectively removing fume, smoke, or dust while providing dependable performance with minimal maintenance. The fans feature cast aluminum spark resistant propellers as standard and can be used in hazardous environments with the addition of an explosion-proof motor. They offer more CFM per dollar spent compared to belt-driven fans and are lighter in weight, facilitating easier installation. The heavy-duty spun venturi panel includes a rugged all-welded motor support structure, making these fans suitable for both exhaust and intake air applications. Optional accessories include a fan and shutter mounting box, front and rear OSHA compliant guards, an all-aluminum gravity exhaust shutter, a motorized exhaust or intake shutter, and a weatherhood with birdscreen.
