BSC Preferred's™ Series Direct Drive Exhaust Fans are designed for higher static pressure applications in factories, warehouses, and mills, effectively removing fume, smoke, or dust while providing dependable performance with minimal maintenance. The fans feature standard cast aluminum spark resistant propellers, and they can be adapted for use in hazardous environments by adding an explosion-proof motor. Offering more CFM per dollar spent than belt-driven fans, these lightweight units facilitate easier installation and include a heavy-duty spun venturi panel with a rugged all-welded motor support structure. The fans are suitable for both exhaust and intake air applications. Optional accessories include a fan and shutter mounting box, front and rear OSHA-compliant guards, an all-aluminum gravity exhaust shutter, a motorized exhaust or intake shutter, and a weatherhood with birdscreen.
