BSC Preferred's™ Series Direct Drive Exhaust Fans are designed for higher static pressure applications in factories, warehouses, and mills, efficiently removing fume, smoke, or dust with minimal maintenance. The fans feature cast aluminum spark-resistant propellers and are suitable for hazardous environments when equipped with an explosion-proof motor. They offer more CFM per dollar compared to belt-driven fans, are lighter in weight for easier installation, and come with a heavy-duty spun venturi panel along with a rugged all-welded motor support structure. These fans can be used for both exhaust and intake air applications, and optional accessories include a fan and shutter mounting box, front and rear OSHA-compliant guards, all-aluminum gravity exhaust shutter, motorized exhaust or intake shutter, and a weatherhood with birdscreen.
