Fittings are used to join two or more lengths of pipe or to close off the end of a pipe, allowing for connections in a straight line, changes in the direction of flow, and adjustments in flow size, or completely stopping flow at the pipe end. Our Class 150 ISO pattern stainless steel fittings comply with ISO procedures and meet specific standards, including material made from 304 stainless steel, threads conforming to ANSI B1.20.1, and dimensions according to ISO49. Each fitting is rigorously tested, undergoing a thread test, pneumatic pressure testing, and material composition analysis, while burrs are meticulously removed to prevent damage to sealants and ensure reliable seals.
