Our Class 150 ISO pattern stainless steel fittings are manufactured in accordance with ISO procedures and comply with the following specifications: made from 304 stainless steel, with threads conforming to ANSI B1.20.1, and dimensions as per ISO49. Each fitting is rigorously tested through a thread test, pneumatic pressure testing, and material composition analysis, ensuring high quality and reliability. Additionally, all burrs are meticulously removed to prevent damage to sealants and to ensure optimal sealing performance.
