This vented shelf kit features weldless construction to prevent liquid and dirt penetration, and utilizes Ion-Technology to inhibit the growth of mold, fungus, and bacteria, making it ideal for storing food in walk-in refrigerators and freezers in restaurant and kitchen environments. The design promotes maximum airflow around perishable products, and the Camguard™ finish ensures durability as it won't scrape off, wash off, or wear out. The anti-bacterial shelving components are rust-free, recyclable polypropylene that is dishwasher safe. Each shelf is height adjustable in 4" increments and can support a weight capacity of 800 lbs (365 kg) per 24-48" (61-122 cm) shelf and 600 lbs (272 kg) per 54-72" (137-183 cm) shelf, with a maximum unit capacity of 2,000 lbs (910 kg). This shelf kit withstands temperatures from -36°F (-38°C) to 190°F (88°C) and is NSF component listed. Additionally, each Cambro Cam shelving unit is rust and corrosion proof for life, and many accessories, along with add-on units, are designed exclusively for this series. Shelf plates can be easily removed for cleaning in a dishwasher, and the shared post design allows for the seamless addition of units without compromising space or carrying capacity.
