This solid shelf kit features weldless construction that prevents liquid or dirt penetration, utilizing Ion-Technology to inhibit the growth of mold, fungus, and bacteria. It is ideal for storing food in walk-in refrigerators and freezers in restaurant and kitchen environments. The CamGuard™ finish is durable and resistant to scraping, washing, or wearing out. The anti-bacterial shelving components are constructed from rust-free, recyclable polypropylene and are dishwasher safe. The shelf is height adjustable in 4-inch increments with a weight capacity of 800 lbs (365 kg) per 24-48" (61-122 cm) shelf and 600 lbs (272 kg) per 54-72" (137-183 cm) shelf, allowing for a maximum weight of 2,000 lbs (910 kg) per unit. It can withstand temperatures ranging from -36°F (-38°C) to 190°F (88°C). The kit is NSF component listed and carries a Made in the USA lifetime limited warranty. Additionally, all Cambro Cam shelving is rust and corrosion proof for life, and many Cambro accessories as well as all add-on units are compatible with their specific Cam shelving line. Shelf plates are removable without disassembly and dishwasher safe, while traverses and plates can be rearranged without needing to disassemble adjacent units. The shared post design allows for the addition of units in a straight line without compromising space or carrying capacity, with add-on units restricted to use with the same series of Cam shelving. The product is also NSF listed and made in the USA.
