The Camshelving Elements Starter Unit is a 4-shelf system designed with antimicrobial Camguard protection permanently molded into the shelf plates, allowing for easy cleaning, whether by hand or in a commercial dishwasher. Each shelf plate has a weight capacity of 800 lbs (365 kg) for 24-48" (61-122 cm) shelves and 600 lbs (272 kg) for 54-72" (137-183 cm) shelves, with a total unit capacity of 2,000 lbs (907.2 kg). The system can withstand temperatures ranging from -36°F (-38°C) to 190°F (88°C) and includes four posts, two sets of post connectors, wedges, traverses, dovetails, and vented shelf plates. It is NSF listed and made in the USA, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards. All Cambro Camshelving products are rust and corrosion-proof for life, and many Cambro accessories and all add-on units are specifically designed for this Camshelving line. Shelf plates can be easily lifted away for cleaning without disassembly, and traverses and plates can be rearranged without disturbing the neighboring components. The shared post design allows for the addition of units without compromising space or capacity in a linear configuration. Add-on units must be compatible with the same series of Camshelving.
