This vented plastic shelving utilizes ion-technology that inhibits the growth of mold, fungus, and bacteria, making it ideal for storing food in walk-in refrigerators and freezers in restaurant and kitchen environments. The shelves are reinforced with a Camguard finish that won’t scrape off, wash off, or wear out, and are constructed from rust-free, recyclable polypropylene that is dishwasher safe. The weldless construction prevents liquid or dirt penetration, while shelves are height adjustable at 4" increments without disassembling the unit. The posts and bracing feature a steel core with a smooth polypropylene exterior designed for durability. The kit includes one post kit and four vented shelves, with posts equipped with adjustable leveling feet. The weight capacity for corner units is 400 lb. (181.4 kg) per shelf and 1800 lb. (816.5 kg) per unit. This shelving is easy to clean, ensuring maintenance of a HACCP compliant hygienic work area, and is NSF listed. All Cambro Cam shelving is rust and corrosion proof for life, with shelf plates that can be lifted away for cleaning without disassembly. The design allows for rearranging traverses and plates easily, and the shared post design enables the addition of units without wasting space or reducing carrying capacity in a straight line.
