This vented plastic shelving utilizes ion-technology that inhibits the growth of mold, fungus, and bacteria, making it ideal for storing food in walk-in refrigerators and freezers in restaurant and kitchen environments. The shelves are reinforced with a Camguard™ finish that is durable and resistant to scraping, washing, or wearing out. Constructed from rust-free, recyclable polypropylene, the shelving is dishwasher safe and features weldless construction that prevents liquid or dirt penetration. The shelves are height adjustable in 4" increments without the need to disassemble the unit, and the posts and bracing are made from a steel core with a smooth polypropylene exterior for long-lasting performance. The kit includes two posts and five vented shelves, with a weight capacity of 800 lbs (365 kg) per 24-48" (61-122 cm) shelf and 600 lbs (272 kg) per 54-72" (137-183 cm) shelf, allowing for a maximum load of 2,000 lbs (910 kg) per unit. The posts come with adjustable leveling feet, and the shelving is designed for easy cleaning to maintain a HACCP-compliant hygienic work area. It is NSF listed and made in the USA, featuring a lifetime limited warranty. Additionally, all Cambro Camshelving is rust and corrosion-proof for life, and many Cambro accessories and all add-on units are compatible only with their specific Camshelving line. Shelf plates can easily be lifted away for cleaning in a dishwasher, and traverses and plates can be rearranged without disassembling adjacent components. The shared post design allows for seamless addition of units without compromising space or carrying capacity in a straight line, and add-on units can only be used with Camshelving of the same series.
