This vented shelf kit features a weldless construction that prevents liquid or dirt from penetrating, utilizing ion-technology to inhibit the growth of mold, fungus, and bacteria. The vented shelves promote maximum airflow around perishable products, making them ideal for food storage in walk-in refrigerators and freezers in restaurant and kitchen environments. The shelves are coated with a Camguard™ finish that is resistant to scraping, washing, or wearing off, and are made from rust-free, recyclable polypropylene that is dishwasher safe. The shelf height is adjustable in 4" increments, with a weight capacity of 800 lbs (365 kg) per 24-48" (61-122 cm) shelf, 600 lbs (272 kg) per 54-72" (137-183 cm) shelf, and a maximum load of 2,000 lbs (910 kg) per unit. The kit is designed to withstand temperatures from -36°F (-38°C) to 190°F (88°C) and is NSF component listed. It is backed by a lifetime limited warranty and all Cambro Camshelving products are rust and corrosion proof for life. The shelf plates can be easily lifted away for cleaning without disassembly and are compatible with many Cambro accessories and specific add-on units. The design allows for the rearrangement of traverses and plates without disassembling the surrounding structures, and the shared post design permits the addition of units in a straight line without compromising space or carrying capacity.
