This vented plastic shelving utilizes ion-technology that inhibits the growth of mold, fungus, and bacteria, making it ideal for storing food in walk-in refrigerators and freezers within restaurant and kitchen environments. The shelves are reinforced with a Camguard™ finish that is resistant to scraping, washing, and wearing out. Constructed from rust-free, recyclable polypropylene, the shelving is dishwasher safe and features weldless construction to prevent liquid or dirt penetration. The shelves are height adjustable in 4" increments without disassembly, and the posts and bracing consist of a steel core with a smooth polypropylene exterior for durability. The unit includes a two post kit and five vented shelves, with a weight capacity of 800 lbs (365 kg) per 24-48" (61-122 cm) shelf, 600 lbs (272 kg) per 54-72" (137-183 cm) shelf, and a maximum capacity of 2,000 lbs (910 kg) per unit. The posts come with adjustable leveling feet, and the shelves can be easily cleaned to maintain a HACCP-compliant hygienic work area. This product is NSF listed and made in the USA, and it includes a lifetime limited warranty. All Cambro Camshelving is rust and corrosion-proof for life. It is important to note that many Cambro accessories and all add-on units can only be used with their specific Camshelving line. Shelf plates can be removed for cleaning without disassembly and are dishwasher safe. Traverses and plates can be rearranged without disassembling adjacent components, and the shared post design allows for units to be added without wasting space or reducing carrying capacity in a straight line. Add-on units are only compatible with Camshelving of the same series.
