This vented plastic shelving utilizes Ion-Technology that inhibits the growth of mold, fungus, and bacteria, making it ideal for storing food in walk-in refrigerators and freezers in restaurant and kitchen environments. The shelves feature a Camguard finish that is resistant to scraping, washing, and wear, and are constructed from rust-free, recyclable polypropylene that is dishwasher safe. Designed with weldless construction to prevent liquid or dirt penetration, the shelves are height adjustable at 4" increments without the need to disassemble the unit. The posts and bracing are made of a durable steel core with a smooth polypropylene exterior. The kit includes one post kit and four vented shelves, with posts that have adjustable leveling feet. The weight capacity for corner units is 400 lb. (181.4 kg) per shelf and 1800 lb. (816.5 kg) per unit, ensuring it can maintain a hygienic work area compliant with HACCP standards. Additionally, these units are NSF listed and come with a lifetime limited warranty. Cambro Camshelving is rust and corrosion proof for life, and many Cambro accessories and all add-on units are compatible exclusively with their specific Camshelving line. Shelf plates can be easily removed for cleaning and run through a dishwasher, while traverses and plates can be rearranged without disassembling the surrounding structures.
