This vented plastic shelving utilizes ion-technology that inhibits the growth of mold, fungus, and bacteria, making it ideal for storing food in walk-in refrigerators and freezers within restaurant and kitchen environments. The shelves feature a Camguard finish that is resistant to scraping, washing, and wear, and are constructed from rust-free, recyclable polypropylene that is dishwasher safe. The weldless construction ensures that liquid or dirt cannot penetrate the shelves, while the height-adjustable feature allows for customization at 4" increments without disassembling the unit. The posts and bracing are constructed with a steel core encased in a durable polypropylene exterior, ensuring longevity. The kit includes one post kit and four vented shelves, with posts equipped with adjustable leveling feet. Each corner unit has a weight capacity of 400 lb. (181.4 kg) per shelf, totaling 1800 lb. (816.5 kg) per unit. The easy-to-clean design helps maintain a HACCP compliant hygienic work area, and the product is NSF listed with a lifetime limited warranty. All Cambro Camshelving is rust and corrosion proof for life. Additionally, many Cambro accessories and all add-on units are compatible exclusively with their specific Camshelving line, allowing shelf plates to be easily removed for dishwashing and traverses and plates to be rearranged without disassembly. The shared post design facilitates the addition of units without wasting space or reducing carrying capacity in a straight line.
