This vented plastic shelving utilizes ion-technology that inhibits the growth of mold, fungus, and bacteria, making it ideal for storing food in walk-in refrigerators and freezers in restaurant and kitchen environments. The shelves are reinforced with a Camguard™ finish that is resistant to scraping, washing, and wearing out. Made with rust-free, recyclable polypropylene, the shelving is dishwasher safe and features a weldless construction to prevent liquid or dirt penetration. The shelves are height-adjustable in 4" increments without disassembling the unit. Each unit includes a two-post kit and five vented shelves, with a weight capacity of 800 lbs (365 kg) per 24-48" (61-122 cm) shelf and 600 lbs (272 kg) per 54-72" (137-183 cm) shelf, supporting a maximum of 2,000 lbs (910 kg) per unit. Additionally, the posts come with adjustable leveling feet for convenience, and the design allows for easy cleaning to maintain a HACCP-compliant hygienic work area. The product is NSF listed and made in the USA, backed by a lifetime limited warranty. All Cambro Camshelving is rust and corrosion-proof for life, and many accessories and add-on units are compatible only with their specific Camshelving line. Shelf plates can be easily removed for cleaning and run through a dishwasher, and traverses and plates may be rearranged without disassembly. The shared post design allows for the addition of units without wasting space or reducing carrying capacity in a straight line, with add-on units compatible only with Camshelving of the same series.
