This vented plastic shelving utilizes Ion-Technology that inhibits the growth of mold, fungus, and bacteria, making it ideal for storing food in walk-in refrigerators and freezers in restaurant and kitchen environments. The shelves are reinforced with a Camguard finish that won't scrape off, wash off, or wear out, and are made from rust-free, recyclable polypropylene that is dishwasher safe. The weldless construction prevents liquid or dirt penetration, and the shelves are height adjustable in 4" increments without disassembling the unit. The posts and bracing feature a steel core with a smooth polypropylene exterior for durability. The kit includes one post kit and four vented shelves, with posts that have adjustable leveling feet. Each shelf has a weight capacity of 400 lb. (181.4 kg) for corner units, totaling 1800 lb. (816.5 kg) per unit. This shelving solution is easy to clean to maintain a HACCP compliant hygienic work area and is NSF listed. Additionally, all Cambro Camshelving is rust and corrosion proof for life. Many Cambro accessories and all add-on units are compatible only with their specific Camshelving line. The shelf plates can be lifted away without disassembly and can be run through a dishwasher. Traverses and plates can be rearranged without disassembling surrounding components. The shared post design allows for the addition of units without wasting space or reducing carrying capacity in a straight line, and add-on units can only be used with Camshelving of the same series.
