This solid shelf kit features weldless construction to prevent liquid or dirt penetration and utilizes Ion-Technology to inhibit the growth of mold, fungus, and bacteria, making it ideal for storing food in walk-in refrigerators and freezers in restaurants and kitchen environments. The Camguard™ finish is designed to be resilient, ensuring it won’t scrape off, wash off, or wear out. The anti-bacterial shelving components are crafted from rust-free, recyclable polypropylene that is dishwasher safe, and the shelf is height adjustable at 4" increments. The weight capacity is 800 lbs (365 kg) per 24-48" (61-122 cm) shelf and 600 lbs (272 kg) per 54-72" (137-183 cm) shelf, with a maximum load capacity of 2,000 lbs (910 kg) per unit. The shelves can withstand temperatures ranging from -36°F (-38°C) to 190°F (88°C), and the kit is NSF component listed. All Cambro Cam shelving is rust and corrosion proof for life, and many Cambro accessories and all add-on units are specifically compatible with their respective Cam shelving line. Shelf plates can be easily lifted for cleaning without disassembly, and traverses and plates can be rearranged without disassembling the surrounding components. The shared post design allows for the addition of units without losing space or reducing carrying capacity in a straight line.
