This vented plastic shelving utilizes ion technology that inhibits the growth of mold, fungus, and bacteria, making it ideal for storing food in walk-in refrigerators and freezers in restaurant and kitchen environments. The shelves are reinforced with a CamGuard finish that is resistant to scraping, washing, and wear. Constructed from rust-free, recyclable polypropylene, the shelving is dishwasher safe and features weldless construction to prevent liquid or dirt penetration. The shelves are height adjustable in 4-inch increments without disassembling the unit, while the posts and bracing are made with a durable steel core covered in smooth polypropylene. The kit includes one post kit and four vented shelves, with posts that feature adjustable leveling feet. The weight capacity is 400 lb (181.4 kg) per shelf for corner units and 1800 lb (816.5 kg) per unit. The shelving is easy to clean, maintaining an HACCP compliant hygienic work area, and is NSF listed. All Cambro CamShelving is rust and corrosion proof for life, with many accessories and add-on units designed specifically for their CamShelving line. Shelf plates can be easily removed for cleaning and run through a dishwasher, while traverses and plates can be rearranged without disassembly. The shared post design permits the addition of units without wasting space or reducing carrying capacity. Add-on units are compatible only with CamShelving of the same series.
