This vented plastic shelving utilizes ion-technology that inhibits the growth of mold, fungus, and bacteria, making it ideal for storing food in walk-in refrigerators and freezers in restaurant and kitchen environments. The shelves are reinforced with a Camguard™ finish that is resistant to wear and cleaning, and they are constructed from rust-free, recyclable polypropylene that is dishwasher safe. The weldless construction ensures that no liquid or dirt can penetrate, while the shelves are height adjustable in 4" increments without the need to disassemble the unit. The posts and bracing feature a steel core overlaid with a smooth polypropylene exterior for durability. The kit includes two post kits and five vented shelves with a weight capacity of 800 lbs (365 kg) per 24-48" (61-122 cm) shelf, 600 lbs (272 kg) per 54-72" (137-183 cm) shelf, and a maximum of 2,000 lbs (910 kg) per unit. Adjustable leveling feet on the posts facilitate stability, and the design promotes easy cleaning to maintain a HACCP compliant hygienic work area. The shelving system is NSF listed and is made in the USA, backed by a lifetime limited warranty. Additionally, Cambro Camshelving is rust and corrosion-proof for life, and many Cambro accessories and all add-on units are designed for compatibility with their specific Camshelving line. Shelf plates can be easily removed and cleaned in a dishwasher, while traverses and plates can be rearranged without disassembly, and shared post designs allow for seamless addition of units without sacrificing space or carrying capacity.
