This vented plastic shelving system employs ion-technology to inhibit the growth of mold, fungus, and bacteria, making it ideal for storing food in walk-in refrigerators and freezers in restaurant and kitchen environments. The shelves are reinforced with a Camguard™ finish that is resistant to scraping, washing, or wearing out and are constructed from rust-free, recyclable polypropylene that is dishwasher safe. Featuring a weldless design to prevent liquid or dirt penetration, the shelves are height adjustable in 4-inch increments without disassembly. Each unit includes a two post kit and five vented shelves, with a weight capacity of 800 lbs (365 kg) per 24-48" (61-122 cm) shelf and 600 lbs (272 kg) per 54-72" (137-183 cm) shelf, with a maximum weight capacity of 2,000 lbs (910 kg) per unit. The posts come equipped with adjustable leveling feet, and the shelves are easy to clean to ensure a HACCP compliant hygienic work area. This shelving is NSF listed and manufactured in the USA, supported by a lifetime limited warranty. Additionally, Cambro Camshelving is rust and corrosion-proof for life, and the shelf plates can be easily lifted off for cleaning and placed in a dishwasher. Traverses and plates can be rearranged without disassembly, and the shared post design allows for seamless expansion of units without sacrificing space or carrying capacity. All add-on units are compatible only with Camshelving of the same series.
