Pix-X'Set™-XS are the first V-belts designed for power transmission, featuring advancements in power ratings that surpass many competing belts of similar construction. The compound ingredients are meticulously selected to align with specific power ratings, resulting in enhanced performance and superior safety on critical drives. These belts are oil resistant, antistatic, and capable of achieving a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec. They can operate within a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C, and ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available. Primarily, these belts serve as replacements for industrial drives, with classical belts recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives. Additionally, they are particularly beneficial in scenarios that involve reverse idlers due to their reduced height.
