Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for the power transmission sector, boasting power ratings that exceed those of most comparable belts currently available. The compounds used in these belts are meticulously selected to meet the specific power requirements, providing advantages such as increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. Key features include oil resistance, antistatic properties, a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available. These V-belts are primarily utilized as replacements in industrial drives and are recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives, as well as in situations where reverse idlers are necessary due to their smaller heights.
