Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, engineered with advanced R&D efforts that have achieved power ratings significantly higher than most belts of similar construction available in the market. The compound's ingredients are selectively chosen to match the required power ratings, providing distinct advantages in terms of increased power ratings and enhanced safety for critical drives. Key features include oil resistance, antistatic properties, a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, and a temperature range from -18°C to +80°C, with ATEX certified FRAS belts also available. These belts are primarily utilized as replacements on industrial drives and are recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives, as they offer advantages in scenarios where reverse idlers must be used due to their smaller heights.
