Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, featuring power ratings that are considerably higher than most belts with the same construction available in the market. The ingredients used in the compound are selectively chosen to match the required power ratings, providing distinct advantages in terms of increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. Notable features of these V-belts include oil resistance, antistatic properties, a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available. These belts are primarily used as replacements on industrial drives, and the classical belts are recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives. They are also beneficial in situations where reverse idlers are required due to their smaller heights.
