Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, designed to achieve power ratings considerably higher than most belts with similar construction available in the market. The compound ingredients are selectively chosen to match the required power ratings, offering advantages in increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. These V-belts are oil resistant and antistatic, with a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available. Primarily used as replacements on industrial drives, these classical belts are recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives and are particularly beneficial where reverse idlers must be used due to smaller heights.
